PAYMENT TERMS:

All Online orders must be prepaid in advance with Credit or Debit Card. For your convenience we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

FREIGHT TERMS:

FREE FREIGHT (Shipped Prepaid) on orders of more than $ 650.00. All orders under
$ 650.00 will be subject to freight charge. Orders in the Continental United States are shipped the fastest most economical way from the closest of our fifty one (51) Portals Nationwide.

To our valued customers in Alaska and Hawaii – All orders must specify freight forwarder, or F.O.B., when the order is placed. Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.

To our valued International Customers – All orders are shipped F.O.B. shipping warehouse.

To our valued California Customers – Warnings are placed on our products containing chemicals, or chemical products, as required by California Law. If you wish to return any of these products we will return the full amount of your purchase.

WAREHOUSE STOCK:

Certain items are stocked only in our regional warehouses; therefore, additional shipping time may be required regardless of the order size.

BACK ORDERS:

Unshipped merchandise from your original order, if valued at $ 50.00 or more, will be shipped when your merchandise is available within thirty (30) days. Prices and terms on the original order will be in effect on the back order.

CLAIMS:

In those rare instances when a package is lost or an item is damaged in transport. We will have the claim filed. YOU HAVE NO PAPERWORK OR INCONVENIENCE – Just follow these simple instructions.

  1. Count the number of cartons. This must be the same amount as shown on the freight bill. If not, sign freight bill "Short" before the driver leaves. Any visible signs of shrink wrap being torn should also be noted on the freight bill.
  2. Check in your shipment immediately and report any discrepancies immediately. Shortages will not be allowed unless they are report within 48 hours of receipt of products.
  3. U.P.S. will not always deliver all cartons on the same day. Make sure the number of cartons shown on the packing slip has been received before claiming a shortage.
  4. If a shortage has been reported but later received, please notify us immediately so we can correct our paperwork.

PRICING:

The prices posted on the web sight are the prices you pay. The only exceptions are prices on copper tubing and fittings, PVC pipe and fittings, electrical conduit and fittings, electrical wire, line sets, Freon and Water Heaters which follow the market on a competitive basis and are subject to change without notice. Although we strive to honor the prices as represented on the web sight, due to extraordinary market conditions, we reserve the right to update prices without notice. We also reserve the right to correct typographical and pricing errors without notice.

LOWEST PRICE COMMITMENT:

If you find a better price on an identical brand name item we stock. We will attempt to offer you an additional 5% OFF of the competitors published price for the specific item. For verification, you must provide a current (within 30 days) invoice, or a published sales flyer. Identical quantity qualifications are also required. This offer excludes good shipped directly from the manufacturer, copper tubing, and electrical wire or close out items. Freight terms must also be identical.

RETURN GOODS POLICY
  1. Returns are accepted by using the "Quick Return" program or with prior approval; credits will not be issued on unauthorized returns.
  2. For returns using the "Quick Return" program please follow the instructions on the return form enclosed with every shipment. All other returns should call or write to our Sales/Service Department for authorization. Please be prepared with the following information:
    1. Invoice or order number, if available
    2. Item number and quantity being returned
    3. Reason for return
  3. Follow the routing instructions on the "Authorization for Return" form which
    4. will be mailed to you.
  4. Requests for returns must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase.
  5. There will be a 20 % restocking fee on all returns other than defective goods or shipping errors.
